Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, your day involves delivering expert consulting services focused on complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. You will provide strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. Your role includes developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that organizations achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives is a key aspect of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of innovative technology strategies that support enterprise-wide transformation.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platform architecture and integration principles.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks within human capital management systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and best practices related to data security and privacy in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
