Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Employee Services Officer (Canteen & Lockers) located in Batu Kawan, Penang.

Responsible for managing cafeteria operation & lockers area. Ensuring a safe, clean and compliant environment, maintaining good standards while addressing employees' concerns.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage cafeteria operation, convenience store, vending machines, lockers, promotional booth. Review feedback, enhance service delivery & dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance for DOSH, MOH, RBA, PERKESO, OSHA, Employment Act and PDPA requirements.
• Quarterly budget planning & real time expenses control for cafeteria & locker matters.
• Manage monthly billing to ensure timely payments to caterer or suppliers. Liaise with IP, suppliers, Finance, AP & Warehouse teams for REQ / PR / PO / Invoice / DO matters.
• Liaise with Management, employees, caterer, vendors, HR, Facility, IT, Finance, Production or Security teams for projects or ad hoc issues.
• Manage shiftily Cafeteria Committee teams. Conduct routine audits at dining & kitchen areas to ensure hygienic practices.
• Attend internal or external audits requested by EHS team or authorities.
• Plan and manage lockers capacity, coordinate locker assignments related to new or resigned employees, get budget to top up lockers’ capacity whenever necessary.
• Manage Meal Subsidy System, maintaining HID records for new hires / resigned employees / transfer cases.
• Coordinate F&B arrangements during VIP visits, major meetings or company events.
• Arrange vendors to do kitchen equipment monthly services or ad hoc repairs when needed. Maintain the kitchen equipment service records for audits purpose.
• Oversee LPG System. Arrange vendor for the yearly checking and upload payment in AQuire system.
• Govern caterer’s performance in terms of food quantity, variety, quality & pricing. Issue show cause letter whenever necessary and follow up for corrective actions closure.  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a Human Resource related function.
• Typically requires minimum 3 years of Employee Services / Human Resources or related experience.
• Capabilities in planning, coordination, presentation, influencing, managing vendors and stakeholders, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
