Be a crucial member of the ops team supporting Fresh Prints' vendors in the US (Permanent WFH)

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel company, experiencing 60% growth Y/Y. You’ll join a team driving the growth of our $40 million business by retaining high-value accounts at scale. 

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 25+ printers across the United States. You'll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. You'll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, you're the first point of contact and you'll work with other FP teams to get to a solution. 

You’ll grow as Fresh Prints grows. You’ll get all the time and support you need to learn a lot, develop professionally, and have a significant impact. 

Responsibilities

• Digitize embroidery files for our vendors, providing .DST files timely on all embroidery orders for Fresh Prints
• Answering embroidery-related and logistical questions from all the teams, giving real-time feedback to other teams, and contributing to improving employee performance
• Optimizing documentation around custom embroidery by authoring articles and Excel sheets to organize data for all the teams
• The unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value 

Technical Skills

• 1+ years of experience in the computerized embroidery industry
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with an Embroidery Digitizing Software (Wilcom, Ethos, SewArt, Embrilliance, etc.)
• Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets

Job Location: Work From Home / Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Pakistan Time (should be open to work timing flexibility)

CTC: $400 base salary + $80 night shift allowance per month
