Passionate about leading ERP transformation programs in complex delivery environments? Join our team as an ERP Dynamics 365 Delivery Lead and help shape, govern, and deliver large-scale ERP engagements that address our clients’ most critical business challenges.

In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, technical, and project delivery streams, ensuring alignment between client objectives, implementation approach, and successful business outcomes.

We are looking for a leader who can manage complex project environments with confidence, structure, and pragmatism—balancing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery quality throughout the full ERP program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation programs, ensuring alignment to client goals, scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

• Manage complex project environments involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, third parties, governance forums, and interdependent business and technology initiatives.

• Drive delivery planning, RAID management, resource coordination, status reporting, and decision-making across the full project lifecycle.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leadership, and provide clear guidance on delivery approach, priorities, risks, and trade-offs.

• Ensure effective collaboration between functional, technical, change, data, testing, and deployment teams to deliver an integrated ERP solution.

• Establish and maintain robust project governance, delivery controls, escalation paths, and quality assurance practices.

• Support program recovery, issue resolution, and proactive risk mitigation in challenging or high-pressure delivery scenarios.

• Contribute to shaping delivery strategy, client engagement models, and best practices for ERP implementations within Avanade.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading ERP projects or programs in complex client environments, with strong delivery ownership across scope, planning, budget, risks, and stakeholder management.

• Strong track record in managing complex project environments with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, dependencies, and implementation partners.

• Proficient experience in ERP project delivery is essential; experience does not need to be limited only to Dynamics 365, provided the candidate can demonstrate strong ERP delivery leadership capabilities.

• Experience working in consulting and project-based environments, including managing ambiguity, change, and delivery risk in large-scale transformation programs.

• Strong client engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and credibly with stakeholders from project teams up to executive level.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive delivery outcomes across functional, technical, data, testing, and change streams.

• Fluency in English, and Dutch or French.
