As the Marketing Project Manager, you are the operational backbone of the Personal Workspace Marketing and Category team within our DTX eCommerce organization, working with Category Managers, Marketing Leads, and CRM experts.

While they focus on "the what" and "the why," you own "the how" and "the when." You are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, NPIs, and complex content projects. This role requires a "Driver" mindset—you aren't just tracking tasks; you are ensuring the business moves forward through relentless accountability and proactive risk management.

Core Responsibilities: 

Project Leadership

• Own the project lifecycle from kickoff to post-mortem. You ensure every initiative is well-documented (briefs, tasks, milestones, dependencies) and communicated across the organization.
• Assign tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines within Asana boards and hold team members accountable for their deliverables. 
• Lead project meetings focused on outcomes and next steps. You move the team past "status updates" toward alignment, decision-making, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain Asana as the central nervous system for your projects and marketing calendar, ensuring real-time visibility for all stakeholders.

Category Calendar Governance

• Own the rolling Category Calendar, integrating CRM cycles, tentpole moments, and major content launches, partnering with Category & Marketing Leads to define priorities and key cross-functional checkpoints.
• Coordinate quarterly planning and resource allocation, ensuring the process is completed on time each quarter.
• Lead, facilitate, manage agendas, recaps, and follow-ups.
• Lead weekly or periodic projects touch base, providing a clear-eyed assessment of project health (On-track vs. Off-track) and elevating critical blockers.
• Bridge the gap between upstream partners (Business Groups, Brand) and downstream execution, honing "ways of working" to ensure repeatable success.

Risk Mitigation & Reporting

• Proactively Identify and manage risks and dependencies before they impact the critical path, including resource conflicts at high volume moments. 
• Own project status reporting and lead post-mortem reviews to leverage data for continuous process improvement.
  

Qualifications & Background

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in digital marketing or eCommerce..
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-dependency workstreams.
• Extensive experience leveraging Asana or similar project management tools, able to structure work and leverage tool capabilities. 
• Highly organized and detail-oriented. 
• Proactive, and assertive. You view yourself as an integral leader of the business, not a supporting cast member.
• Exceptional ability to document decisions, communicate changes, and influence cross-functional leads without direct authority.
