The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Geomatics team.
To support our growing portfolio of large-scale construction and transmission-related projects, we're expanding our Geomatics team with this senior leadership position, responsible for the successful delivery of multi-million dollar projects from planning through closeout.
In this role, you'll take ownership of project execution — managing budgets, schedules, and change orders while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience with transmission line projects is considered a strong asset.

This role can be based in Moncton, NB; Edmonton, AB; hybrid; or remote — we will consider candidates in all other locations. The position requires travel, with all travel expenses covered, and offers a salary of $150,000 – $175,000 CAD, commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do
• Lead and manage large, multi-million dollar construction projects from initiation through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and implement effective cost control measures
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals
• Identify and mitigate project risks, making timely and sound decisions to keep projects on track
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards
• Support and mentor project team members
• Travel to project sites and client locations as required
Requirements
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing large construction projects, including multi-million dollar contracts
• Transmission line experience is an asset
• Proven success delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and change order management
• Strong decision-making abilities
• P.Eng or PLS designation is an asset, but not required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel as required, with all travel expenses covered
