The Distribution Accounting Supervisor supports the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of agent-related operations. The role participates in system enhancements and cross-functional projects, manages compensation and provident fund activities, validates operational reports, processes distribution-related transactions, and responds to inquiries from agents and internal departments. The position also identifies opportunities to automate processes, strengthen controls, and improve service delivery.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in UAMS system enhancements and related projects by providing operational input,
• Prepare, validate, and record MIMPH commission entries accurately and within established processing
• Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements that reduce manual
• Enhance GROUP and ASI1 processes and support the timely and accurate payment of agent
• Administer the Agents Provident Fund, including transaction processing, record maintenance,
• Validate daily CRR reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate the prompt correction
• Respond to inquiries from agents and internal departments, providing accurate information
• Prepare and issue annual Provident Fund Statements of Account, ensuring completeness and
• Perform the monthly ERH computation and complete the required validation, documentation.
• Record loan deductions accurately, maintain supporting records, and resolve discrepancies
• Conduct eSOA discussions and provide clear guidance to agents on how to read, interpret, and

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or arelated field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in operations, compensation administration, financial transaction processing, reporting,or a comparable support function.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with operational systems, reconciliations, datavalidation, and process documentation.
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation, system testing, or enhancement projects is an advantage.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage.
