・クライアントの事業目的を理解し、プロジェクトを計画通りに推進・完了する
・品質・コスト・スケジュールを統合的に管理し、最適なプロジェクト運営を実現する
・クライアントとの信頼関係を構築し、継続的な案件獲得につなげる

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES｜主要業務

・オフィス、ホテル、商業施設等におけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務
・クライアント、設計会社、施工会社、ベンダー等の関係者調整
・プロジェクト全体のスケジュール・コスト・品質管理
・会議運営、議事録作成、課題・リスク管理
・設計・施工フェーズにおける進捗管理および意思決定支援
・見積査定、発注・契約支援、変更管理
・社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションおよびレポーティング
・新規提案書作成、営業支援、案件獲得サポート

REQUIRED｜必須要件

・建築、インテリア、設備、施工管理、不動産関連いずれかの実務経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントまたはそれに準ずる業務経験
・基本的なPCスキル（PowerPoint、Excel、Word）
・社内外関係者とのコミュニケーション能力

PREFERRED｜歓迎要件

・英語での業務経験
・ホテル、オフィス、商業施設等のプロジェクト経験
・設計、施工、CM、PM会社での実務経験
・一級建築士、施工管理技士、PMP等の資格保有者
