Looking for Philippines-based candidates
Job Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Compensation range: $1,500 AUD - $2,500 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: Our client is a well-established Australian water management network specialising in irrigation, pumping, filtration, and water treatment solutions. With a broad network of locally owned stores across Australia and New Zealand, they support residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers—from system design and equipment supply through to installation, servicing, and technical support.
Driven by a strong focus on expertise, quality, innovation, and sustainable water management, the organisation works closely with customers and industry partners to deliver practical, efficient solutions for a wide range of water-related needs.an independently owned franchise within the national network, providing plumbing, reticulation, pumping, and water treatment services across a regional Western Australian market. The business also operates a separate landscaping and turf supply arm, including a turf farm and hardscape construction. The team has grown from 10 to 20 staff and is actively expanding to additional sites.
Marketing has been managed by the owner alongside limited franchise head office support. This role is the business's first dedicated marketing hire and represents a significant step in building a scalable growth engine across both brands.
Role Overview: This role owns the full digital marketing function across two brands. A local content creator handles on-the-ground video and photography. This person takes that raw material and turns it into a high-performing digital presence — paid ads, organic social, email campaigns, automations, and lead generation systems.
Each offering has its own audience, positioning and go-to market approach. Campaigns, content and brand voice need to be built and run independently per offering rather than collapsed into one generic marketing motion - this is a key reason the role spans across ‘two brands’ throughout the document.
The right candidate will assess what's currently in place, identify gaps and quick wins, build out systems and workflows in Go High Level, and manage ongoing campaign performance. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with significant scope to shape the marketing direction of a growing business.
