Job Description

Data leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and behavioral analytics. As our Digital Growth & Data Innovation Lead, you will co-lead the experimentation engine that powers GlobeOne growth loops, turning engagement data into decision-ready insights, behavioral diagnostics, personalized lifecycle strategies.

Partner with Growth Managers, to uncover what drives adoption, stickiness, and monetization and build the AI-backed tools and intelligent triggers that deliver measurable lift across every user journey.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Growth & Behavior Modeling

• Diagnose friction and habit drop-offs by analyzing digital behavioral data across both apps.

• Translate growth levers into quantitative models to identify where to intervene — and why it matters.

• Co-create segmentation frameworks (e.g., activation cohorts, journey states) used by Growth Architects and Growth Marketing teams.

Data Innovation & Enablement

• Build and maintain growth models that explain adoption, stickiness, monetization, and drop-offs across the customer journey, while connecting signals across systems to reveal deeper behavioral patterns.

• Translate customer behaviors, patterns, and growth signals into business insights. Identifying opportunities while quantifying potential impact and developing data-driven business cases for new initiatives and investments

Experimentation & Learning Loops

• Design and evaluate A/B tests that uncover root causes of low retention, conversion, or engagement.

• Identify “growth truths” beyond statistical wins — using experimentation to drive insight generation, not just performance lifts.

Strategic Storytelling

• Turn insight into business decisions — not noise. Collaborate with Product, Brand, Growth, and Experience teams to bring clarity to ambiguity.

• Contribute to cross-team learning culture, sharing behavioral findings, cohort patterns, and campaign impact analyses.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-Have

• 4+ years in digital analytics, growth/product analytics, or lifecycle marketing analytics.

• Proficiency in SQL, Looker/Tableau, and experimentation tools (e.g. Braze Canvas, etc.).

• Strong grasp of growth metrics (retention, acquisition, monetization) and behavioral KPIs.

• Demonstrated ability to connect data to decisions — not just generate reports.

• Experience working in agile product teams or growth squads.

Preferred

• Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (CEPs) and AI-driven personalization tools (OfferFit, CDPs like Ikue, or Snowflake).

• Experience working with mobile app analytics in telco, fintech, or e-commerce.

• Background or strong interest in behavioral science, product experimentation, or digital nudging.
