The AVP – Supply Management leads the end-to-end supply ecosystem for the GCash Superapp, overseeing the strategy, performance, and lifecycle management of vouchers, rewards, offers, and partner-provided products. This role is responsible for driving category management, assortment planning, supply governance, and partner alignment to ensure a diverse, high-quality, and scalable supply portfolio.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Product teams, the Senior Manager will develop supply strategies that support business growth, user engagement, and marketplace performance. The ideal candidate has strong experience in marketplace operations, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries and is passionate about building scalable systems that deliver value to both users and partners.
 

You will be responsible for the following:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply ecosystem of the GCash Superapp, including vouchers, rewards, offers, and partner-provided products.

• Develop and execute supply strategies that ensure diversity, freshness, relevance, and optimal performance across categories and customer segments.

• Drive category management initiatives, including category definition, assortment planning, supply prioritization, rationalization, and lifecycle management.

• Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Product teams to align supply plans with commercial objectives, demand forecasts, and campaign requirements.

• Ensure supply readiness by maintaining compatibility across app discovery channels and ensuring all offers meet quality and operational standards.

• Collaborate with Sales teams to align partner acquisition pipelines with business priorities and demand requirements.

• Establish and implement supply governance frameworks, including quality standards, operational controls, and risk management processes.

• Monitor supply performance and continuously optimize assortment, offer structures, and supply velocity to maximize user engagement and business outcomes.

• Develop scalable processes, systems, and operating models that support long-term marketplace growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in marketplace operations, supply management, category management, fintech, e-commerce, retail, or related industries.

• Proven experience managing product assortments, supply ecosystems, partner portfolios, or marketplace categories.

• Strong understanding of supply performance metrics, including availability, utilization, redemption, conversion, and supply velocity.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product, and Operations.

• Demonstrated ability to establish governance frameworks, operational standards, and scalable business processes.

• Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.

• Experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
