What would you do? • Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. • Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. • Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design • Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Content Management - P1 • Secondary skill - Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) - P1 Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Library Science, Information Management, Digital Media, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. • Proven experience managing digital assets in a library, archive, or media rich environment using a DAM system. • Strong understanding of metadata standards (e.g. IPTC, XMP, Dublin Core) and taxonomy development. • Technical proficiency with DAM software solutions and related integrations (e.g. cloud storage, CMS, creative tools)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Key Responsibilities • Oversee the organization, cataloguing, brand and metadata standards of all C&EAs digital assets within the DAM system, ensuring consistent structure and discoverability. • Develop, document, and enforce taxonomy and metadata schemas tailored to support content retrieval, version control, and rights management needs. • Serve as the primary point of contact for DAM system queries, providing user training, technical support, and best practice guidance to C&EA stakeholders. • Collaborate with creative, marketing, the hub, IT, and legal teams to manage asset ingestion, quality assurance, and lifecycle, including archival and deletion procedures. • Monitor system performance, initiate upgrades, and coordinate with external vendors, internal stakeholders or IT staff for maintenance and troubleshooting. • Maintain compliance with copyright, licensing, and brand and data protection policies across all assets. • Generate reports and analytics on asset usage, system health, and user engagement to support strategic decision making. • Drive continuous improvement by researching emerging technologies and recommending system enhancements.
