Pick n Pay has an opportunity for a dynamic digital marketing campaign manager. This role will be responsible for planning, overseeing and executing compelling, digital marketing campaigns for the Pick n Pay business that meet stakeholder objectives and are in line with the agreed business and brand objectives. We’re looking for someone organised, strategic and passionate about Digital Media marketing who will be a key resource for the running of digital campaigns across the trade portfolio. This candidate will also oversee a group of digital marketing campaign managers across various other portfolios.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
A degree or diploma in marketing
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Two to five years’ experience in a project manager/campaign manager role preferably in a digital agency or retail environment dealing with multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Experience working on digital campaigns involving multiple advertising and/or digital agency environments in a collaborative manner
Ability to work under extreme pressure, and quickly but accurately
In-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Oversee and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns end-to-end. Develop detailed digital campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels (social, web, mobile, paid media, etc) and schedule
Manage the campaign implementation, budget management tracking and measurement of digital marketing campaigns
Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, copywriters, etc who will deliver campaign activity/creative
Oversee the work of other campaign managers in the department
Scrutinize campaign copy and creative produced by studio, for adherence to campaign collateral and the brief
Ensure that the Pick n Pays brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web and email analysis and evaluation of KPIs
Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign from stakeholders
Strategic input within marketing, business, and digital media areas
