You'll ideally have:
- Broad horticultural knowledge and practical gardening experience.
- A genuine passion for gardening and landscape maintenance.
- Strong people skills with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
- Previous experience supervising or leading others, either formally or informally.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
- An all-rounder mindset with the flexibility to tackle a wide variety of tasks.
- A desire to continually learn and develop new skills.
