What would you do? Lead end-to-end delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, managing large teams and ensuring successful deployment across global, regional, and local markets. This role involves strategic decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational excellence.

Analysis of Key Components Role Complexity Leads and oversees delivery operations for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, ensuring flawless execution of material master data setup and compliance across multiple projects. Makes strategic decisions that influence timelines, cost efficiency, and overall program success. Acts as the escalation point for complex operational challenges and drives resolution with minimal supervision. Skill Set Possesses deep expertise in ERP systems, supply chain processes, and PMO methodologies. Strong proficiency in data visualization and analytics to monitor NPI performance metrics. Demonstrates exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strategic planning, process optimization, and risk management experience are critical for accelerating product readiness and ensuring operational excellence. Work Environment Operates in a global, high-pressure supply chain environment with direct impact on critical product launches.
Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters • Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Oversee planning and execution of NPI projects across multiple geographies. • Engage with senior stakeholders to influence decisions on critical matters. • Manage large cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets. • Provide accurate project costing and financial oversight during quotation and justification phases. • Conduct stage reviews and present progress to leadership. • Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives. Core Skills • PMP or PRINCE2 certification. • Experience in supply chain or product lifecycle management. • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. Soft Skills • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools. • Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
