Summary:
As a Data Engineer, your typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. You will be responsible for creating efficient data pipelines that facilitate smooth data flow and ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. Your role includes implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, enabling seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and troubleshoot challenges is an integral part of your daily activities, ensuring robust and scalable data infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business needs.
- Oversee the monitoring and optimization of data workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data engineering initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS).
- Experience in building and managing ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and migration.
- Strong knowledge of data quality assurance techniques and data governance principles.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation tools within data science and engineering environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues in multi-team settings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dataiku Data Science Studio (DSS).
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
