Your Role and Responsibilities

In our Customer Support team, you will contribute to the transition towards digital tools, supporting the adoption of practical solutions. You will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of customer orders, from initial entry into our systems to ongoing coordination and assistance throughout the process

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Contributing to the identification and adoption of digital solutions that support team activities and process evolution.
• Exploring the use of AI-based tools and automation to support specific order entry steps, from data collection to document or information handling.
• Leading the resolution of customer requests by coordinating with internal teams.
• Managing the end-to-end handling of orders (e.g., scheduling, invoicing, transportation).
• Keeping customers proactively informed and helping clarify their requests.
• Leading initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience, ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and reliability throughout the order process.

Qualifications for the Role

• You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You are passionate about digital tools and customer support processes
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, and interest in Microsoft digital platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and AI-based tools including Microsoft Copilot.
• You enjoy working in a team and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• You demonstrate ownership, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach
• A strong team-oriented attitude, good communication skills, and courage complete the profile.
• You are comfortable communicating in both Italian and English.
  
  

Compensation Package 

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico  

Minimum annual salary: €36.000,00

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus

The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
