Sobre este puesto de Customer Solutions and Development Integration en ESR Group
Role Purpose
Customer Solutions and Development Integration will act as the bridge between customer demand and ESR’s origination capability, will lead the translation of customer capacity requirements into executable data-center development opportunities across ESR’s priority markets.
The role will connect ESR Data Centers’ customer and demand pipeline with ESR Group’s established land origination, development, investment, and in-country execution capabilities. Working closely with the commercial team, country businesses and the wider ESR development organization, the role will ensure that new opportunities are demand-informed, infrastructure-backed and capable of being delivered within the customer’s required market, location, capacity, power, delivery timing, technical configuration and expansion potential.
The role will translate these requirements into clear development briefs and establish a consistent regional framework for validating land, power, utility and development assumptions before material capital is committed.
The role will not establish a parallel regional development organization. Instead, it will enable ESR’s existing country and development teams to respond more effectively to data-center demand.
