Westlake Epoxy, part of the Westlake family of companies, is a leading global producer of thermosetting epoxy resin systems used in coatings and composites for industries like wind energy, automotive and aerospace. Our specialty epoxy resins, modifiers and curing agents offer critical performance features such as strength, heat, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as superior adhesion.

We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment. This is a temporary position for 12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manage the entire order process as the primary point of contact for customer order-related activities

·         Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through multiple communication channels (phone, email, digital systems)

·         Enter new orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants to ensure on-time shipments, and resolve any issues

·         Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure correct invoicing, compliance with customer-specific requirements and high customer satisfaction

·         Update and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to other Customer Service colleagues when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an administrative/commercial field

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail in an international, multicultural environment

·         Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage changing priorities

·         Proficiency with common IT tools (Microsoft Excel and Word); experience with SAP is considered a plus

·         Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of German is preferred

The gross annual salary for this temporary 12‑month position is in the range of €28,000 to €33,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
