Job Description

The CSR will be responsible for customer service. sales order management. inventory management, import/export operations. and trade compliance.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong work ethic, sincerity. and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS-Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Knowledge of SAP systems
• Collaborate with other team members and departments
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Provide guidance and support to customers

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree (2-3 year college) or Bachelor's degree (4-year university).
• At least 5 years if relevant work experience
• Good command of English for communication and meetings with HQ
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience is preferred
