The Role
- We are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish) to support our automotive dealership partners. Our Customer Interaction Center Representatives provide valuable solutions that increase dealership business, drive appointments, strengthen customer relationships, and support dealership growth.
- This is a blended inbound and outbound role, where representatives handle incoming customer inquiries as well as outbound customer and business-to-business calls.
- We are looking for upbeat, energetic individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences in both English and Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers calling their local dealerships.
- Handle a variety of customer questions, inquiries, and requests using dealership policies and procedures as a guide.
- Schedule, modify, cancel, confirm, and reschedule service appointments on behalf of automotive dealerships using dealership scheduling systems.
- Conduct outbound customer outreach to schedule appointments, re-engage customers, and support dealership retention initiatives.
- Make outbound business-to-business calls for dealership parts departments to identify opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Transition seamlessly between inbound and outbound interactions throughout the day based on business needs.
- Effectively communicate with customers and dealership personnel in both English and Spanish while managing expectations and delivering a positive experience.
- Record customer information, appointment details, and call outcomes professionally and accurately.
- Conduct all customer and business interactions in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner.
- Build dealership loyalty and customer engagement through quality interactions and appointment-setting activities.
What You’ll Bring
- 6 months or more of call center experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and business partners over the phone.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Type accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Respond quickly and effectively during customer conversations.
- Ability to build rapport and engage customers during both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Confident making outbound calls and speaking with dealership personnel and customers.
- Appropriately manage difficult customer situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Ability to multitask between scheduling systems, CRM tools, call applications, and customer conversations.
- Comfortable working in a blended environment where call types may vary throughout the day.
