We are currently seeking Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Korea.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:                                  Customer Service Administrator

Reports to:                             CS Lead

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for managing customer orders, supporting revenue and invoicing processes, and providing service administration support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & Customer Support

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, MRO site, and other communication channels.
• Receive and review customer purchase orders (POs).
• Prepare and send quotations to customers.
• Coordinate order-related activities with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through prompt and professional communication.

Revenue & Invoicing Administration

• Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system (Oracle Cloud).
• Support monthly revenue closing and revenue recognition processes.
• Generate and issue tax invoices in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and support collection activities to ensure timely customer payments.

Service Administration Support

• Handle inbound service-related customer inquiries and requests.
• Create and manage service orders based on service reports.
• Support service contract administration and collection activities.
• Coordinate with service engineers and internal teams to ensure timely service execution.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in any field
• Approximately 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and write basic business documents in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in invoicing, revenue administration, or service coordination preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
• English communication skill
