About the Role
As a Customer Facing & Order Management Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Customers and Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective order management and customer support. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to delivering outstanding service while continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for customers and Sales & Marketing teams, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Order Management: Manage customer requests, orders, and queries in close collaboration with sales representatives.
- Administrative Excellence: Provide timely and accurate administrative support to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively manage exception-based activities and follow up on customer-related issues.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with service specialists and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex customer enquiries.
- Customer Experience: Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service effectiveness.
Who You Are
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working with SAP and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) are considered an advantage.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent organizational, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
