Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with project teams to maintain alignment and deliver high-quality software products efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Fulfillment.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and application configuration.
- Experience in managing and integrating multiple software components to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to lead technical discussions and guide teams through challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Fulfillment.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
