Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of software components to meet evolving requirements and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management using Ansible.
- Knowledge of cloud service models and deployment strategies within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Ability to design and implement scalable automation workflows to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and version control systems to enhance automation processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize automated deployments and configurations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Ansible on Microsoft Azure.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
