Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work supports the evolving needs of the business by continuously enhancing system functionalities and adapting to new requirements, fostering innovation and reliability in the software products you contribute to.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Ability to develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and client scripts within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
