We are looking for a Creative Supervisor with creative ambition, strong judgement and a drive to elevate both the work and the people behind it. Someone capable of leading a pitch, managing dynamic teams and collaborating with Strategy, Account, Content and Social departments.
A profile capable of developing ideas with festival potential and approaching pitches with hunger and ambition. Preferably with a Copy background, or an Art background with a strong focus on conceptualisation.

What will you be doing?
- Lead projects from brief to execution, ensuring the quality of the idea and every piece of work.
- Inspire and support the team through clear direction, valuable feedback and space to contribute ideas.
- Play a key role in pitches: develop proposals and build strong, compelling presentations.
- Identify creative opportunities in the day-to-day work and push ideas with the potential to compete at festivals.
- Present and defend the work to clients, connecting creative ambition with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Account and Production teams to bring ideas to their best possible version.
What will you bring?
- Solid agency experience.
- Drive and ambition.
- A portfolio featuring strong ideas, brand thinking and excellence in execution.
- Experience in pitches and an understanding of the level of work competing at major creative festivals.
- Curiosity about culture, platforms and new tools, with the judgement to turn them into creative opportunities.
- Strong written and spoken English.
