Key responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and finance law matters;
• Drafting/negotiating corporate/M&A contracts, as well as equity and debt capital markets documentation;
• Managing transactions and performing legal due diligences;
• Managing client relationships;
• Actively participating in business development activities and client events;
• Training/managing junior team members.

Qualifications

• We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated lawyers with first rate technical and commercial abilities driven to do high quality work.
• In addition to your Belgian law degree (with first-class academic records), a post-graduate degree is an asset.
• You are creative, curious and rigorous, have excellent communication skills and are able to take on a high degree of responsibility. You are also proactive and committed to providing an excellent service to clients.
• You can work in English, Dutch and French.
