About the Opportunity:
As the Core Operations Senior Manager, you will serve in a critical strategic operational role working alongside the COO leadership team.
As BTSE continues its rapid business expansion, senior operational leadership is scaling capacity by bringing in high-caliber talent to share the helm. In this role, you will function as an empowered operational proxy for the leadership team, stepping in to take genuine ownership of evolving business mandates and high-level operational priorities.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a strong commercial mindset, high agility, and executive-level problem-solving capability.
