As a Core Banking Technology - Business Analyst - Senior Associate you will support client service engagements by analyzing business needs, translating complex banking requirements into clear deliverables, and helping guide solution workstreams within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, build meaningful client connections, mentor junior team members, and use critical thinking to navigate ambiguity while contributing to quality work and personal growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Bangalore, you will help shape core banking technology solutions within Business Application Consulting and the Banking and Capital Markets sector, using business analysis skills to interpret feedback, communicate requirements, and support the delivery of technology-enabled outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing core banking business processes and translating client needs into functional requirements for technology enhancements
- Supporting workstreams across banking platform implementations, conversions, and integration efforts within client engagements
- Documenting workflows, user stories, process maps, and requirement traceability materials for project teams
- Coordinating testing activities, tracking issues, and validating results against business requirements and solution designs
- Interpreting data, system outputs, and feedback from stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and process improvements
- Applying business analysis techniques to assess change impacts and support release planning for banking technology initiatives
- Collaborating with technical, functional, and client teams to clarify requirements and drive timely resolution of open items
- Mentoring Associates on task execution, documentation quality, and analysis methods across assigned workstreams

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least 5-9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification
- Applying core banking technology project delivery experience in banking environments
- Translating business needs into clear technology requirements and user stories
- Using analytical reasoning to navigate complex system and process changes
- Supporting technology implementation, documentation development, and project delivery
- Collaborating with client teams while guiding junior team members
