This is a dynamic role requiring the ability to independently manage competing priorities, assess program needs, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and exercise sound judgment in resolving issues that may affect contract execution, personnel readiness, or customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Program Management and customer representatives to coordinate contract activities, monitor evolving requirements, and support successful execution of program objectives.

  • Serve as a primary coordination point between program leadership, customer stakeholders, employees, candidates, security personnel, and external service providers.

  • Evaluate operational and personnel requirements, identify potential issues or gaps, and recommend or coordinate appropriate actions to support program objectives.

  • Manage workforce readiness activities for specialized personnel, including travel, logistics, documentation, scheduling, and deployment-related requirements.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and temporary-duty requirements, ensuring personnel have appropriate documentation and program requirements are completed within established timelines.

  • Support the identification and evaluation of prospective personnel for specialized program positions, working with recruiting and program leadership to align candidate qualifications with customer requirements.

  • Review and assist with preparation of candidate qualification materials and resumes to ensure experience and capabilities are accurately and effectively presented for customer consideration.

  • Coordinate candidate and employee assessment activities, including scheduling and administration of language, communication, and other job-related proficiency evaluations through internal and external resources.

  • Facilitate portions of the candidate evaluation process and provide program leadership with information necessary to support personnel-selection and deployment decisions.

  • Partner with Security and other internal stakeholders to coordinate personnel processing requirements, track completion of required documentation, and proactively resolve issues that could affect personnel readiness.

  • Guide candidates and employees through complex pre-employment and deployment processes while coordinating required appointments, documentation, and approvals with appropriate functional organizations.

  • Monitor personnel and operational requirements, establish priorities, and independently follow issues through resolution while keeping program leadership informed of significant risks or changes.

  • Adapt processes and priorities in response to changing customer requirements, staffing needs, and program conditions.

  • Maintain appropriate program documentation, records, and status information and provide updates and recommendations to Program Management as needed.

  • Support access and personnel coordination requirements at customer facilities consistent with established program and security procedures.

  • Perform work at customer facilities as required by contract and mission needs, currently anticipated to be no less than 75% of working time.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or ability to meet applicable customer crossover requirements.

  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting contracts, programs, operations, workforce coordination, or related business functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex activities involving internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience interpreting requirements, identifying issues, exercising judgment, and determining appropriate courses of action within established program parameters.

  • Experience supporting travel, logistics, personnel readiness, or other operational requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact professionally with program leadership, customers, candidates, employees, and functional organizations.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information, deadlines, and competing requirements with limited day-to-day supervision.

Desired:

  • Previous experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or another highly regulated federal customer environment.

  • Experience supporting linguist, instructor, or other specialized professional workforces.
