  • Facilitate portions of the candidate evaluation process and provide program leadership with information necessary to support personnel-selection and deployment decisions.

  • Partner with Security and other internal stakeholders to coordinate personnel processing requirements, track completion of required documentation, and proactively resolve issues that could affect personnel readiness.

  • Guide candidates and employees through complex pre-employment and deployment processes while coordinating required appointments, documentation, and approvals with appropriate functional organizations.

  • Monitor personnel and operational requirements, establish priorities, and independently follow issues through resolution while keeping program leadership informed of significant risks or changes.

  • Adapt processes and priorities in response to changing customer requirements, staffing needs, and program conditions.

  • Maintain appropriate program documentation, records, and status information and provide updates and recommendations to Program Management as needed.

  • Support access and personnel coordination requirements at customer facilities consistent with established program and security procedures.

  • Perform work at customer facilities as required by contract and mission needs, currently anticipated to be no less than 75% of working time.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, or ability to meet applicable customer crossover requirements.

  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience supporting contracts, programs, operations, workforce coordination, or related business functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and coordinate complex activities involving internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience interpreting requirements, identifying issues, exercising judgment, and determining appropriate courses of action within established program parameters.

  • Experience supporting travel, logistics, personnel readiness, or other operational requirements.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact professionally with program leadership, customers, candidates, employees, and functional organizations.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information, deadlines, and competing requirements with limited day-to-day supervision.

Desired:

  • Previous experience supporting the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or another highly regulated federal customer environment.

  • Experience supporting linguist, instructor, or other specialized professional workforces.
