The Content Marketing Coordinator will help bring Movable Ink’s brand and story to life across channels. This is an entry-level role for someone who is a strong writer, highly organized, curious about marketing, and excited to learn.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager and teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, and the broader business to help create content, coordinate projects, support our social channels, and understand how our content is performing.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Draft and edit marketing content including blog posts, lookbooks, guides, webinar materials, social content, and other lead-generation assets. Help turn research, product updates, and input from subject-matter experts into clear, engaging content for our audiences.
- Content Planning: Help maintain the content calendar and keep upcoming content and campaigns organized. Research trends and topics, contribute new ideas, and help identify opportunities for future content.
- Campaign & Project Coordination: Help coordinate content projects from idea through launch, keeping timelines and deliverables on track. Work with teams across the business to gather information and feedback and support the review and approval process.
- Performance & Optimization: Track and report on content and campaign performance across channels. Help identify what’s working, what could be improved, and how those learnings can inform future content.
- Social Media & Employee Advocacy: Work with the Senior Content Marketing Manager to support the company’s LinkedIn and Instagram channels, including drafting content, scheduling posts, and tracking performance. Share new content, blog posts, press coverage, and company news internally to help employees engage with and amplify our work.
Qualifications:
- BA degree or equivalent experience
- 0+ years’ experience of professional marketing experience
- Strong writing and communication skills with an interest in developing content for different audiences and channels.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Understanding of marketing automation, CRM, CMS and/or webinar platforms (i.e., Webflow, Goldcast, Knak, Salesforce)
- Experience using Canva to build digital creative
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with Google Analytics
The base pay range for this position is $45.8K - $60K CAD/year, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
