We are looking for motivated and talented people to expand and continue delivering the best Consumer Personal Computing products delighting customers and supporting retailers across the world. Our team is part of the PS Category and Strategy Transformation group supporting PS business. This position is for a WW Product and Pricing Portfolio Manager (PPM) which has the following 6 areas of control

• Platform setup – ensuring new platforms are correctly configured
• Offer management – monitoring changes and taking action
• Readiness coordination – aligning LCM, GBU, SKU readiness, and markets
• Market support – being the go-to expert for setup and platform issues
• Tool improvement – bringing the market's voice into SKU Configuration and Pricing tool development
• Process efficiency – finding and fixing inefficiencies

Responsibilities

• Define, establish, and maintain the configuration setup for new platforms within Consumer configuration tools.
• Monitor and analyze weekly changes to the product offer, identify gaps or risks, and drive the necessary actions.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Managers, GBU, and SKU Readiness teams to develop platform readiness plans and ensure timely execution in the SKU Configuration and Pricing tool.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for markets, supporting Area Category Managers with SKU setup, quoting, and shipping while resolving platform-related queries and issues.
• Act as the voice of the markets, gathering user feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance tool functionality and improve the overall user experience.
• Identify process inefficiencies and gaps across the end-to-end workflow and drive initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve execution

• Bachelor or Master degree
• Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in the PC industry
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• High attention to details
• Interest in the PC market
