We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compensation & Benefits team, part of our Workforce & Rewards (formerly known as Mercer) business at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Consulting Internship

We will count on you to:

• Perform basic research and analysis survey products on schedule with necessary direction.
• Interpret survey findings to client and provide appropriate and tailor-made solutions to address specific client needs.
• Participate in integrated consulting projects as appropriate with standard technical contents.
• Provide support to Consultants where required  while ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs 

What you need to have:

• Currently pursuing/active student in any discipline (preferable Psychology, Actuarial, HR) or any equivalent
• Internship duration between 3 months - 6 months depending on University's/Institute's requirements
• Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
• Able to complete minimum 3 months tenure
