Job Summary

The Sales & Business Development Professional drives business growth for Fugro Philippines by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from opportunity development to contract award. The role monitors market trends, develops and maintains a sales pipeline, coordinates proposal submissions, and collaborates with internal teams to secure profitable projects aligned with business objectives.

Job Description
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
* Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, and upcoming projects.
* Manage the sales pipeline and support revenue growth targets.
* Coordinate proposal preparation, bid strategies, and contract award processes.

* Work closely with operations, technical specialists, and commercial teams to deliver client solutions.
* Support strategic planning and improve win rates through effective commercial management.
