Job Details
Responsabilities:
- Supports standard and selected non-routine accounting activities to maintain accurate financial records, timely processing, audit-ready documentation, and compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Coordinates work priorities and task execution to meet service-level, quality, and deadline expectations while supporting the accuracy and efficiency of accounting operations.
- Support accounting activities including reconciliations, transaction processing, record maintenance, and month-end close activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor accounting data, documentation, and system outputs to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders and approved external contacts to obtain missing information and clarify documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, documentation standards, and escalation procedures.
- Resolve routine to moderately complex accounting issues by applying defined procedures and documenting actions taken.
- Contribute to improvements in job aids, templates, and local processes to enhance accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Education:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- Certification in bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support preferred.
Work Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger support, reconciliations, close support, or a related field required.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and standard accounting practices.
- Ability to review and reconcile financial records and transaction details.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with accounting systems and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
