What this role is all about
Our restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, and dining outlets are a huge part of the guest experience — and our Outlet Supervisors help bring that experience to life every day. As an Outlet Supervisor, you’ll support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets while leading teams, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences.

You’ll help oversee service standards, support daily operations, and ensure guests receive friendly, efficient, and high-quality hospitality from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing
What you’ll be doing
Support day-to-day operations across hotel restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, grab-and-go outlets, and dining spaces.
Supervise, coach, schedule, and support Food & Beverage team members to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction across all outlet operations.
Partner closely with Culinary, Stewarding, Banquets, and Food & Beverage leadership teams to support smooth daily operations.
Monitor guest experiences and resolve service concerns quickly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS operations, inventory support, and operational reporting.
Support staffing, training, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives within the outlet team.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, HACCP guidelines, and alcohol service requirements.
Monitor outlet cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout service periods.
Assist with promotions, upselling initiatives, and service programs designed to drive guest engagement and revenue performance.
Support banquets, events, and high-volume service operations as needed.
Help foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused culture aligned with Sonesta’s People People philosophy.
Any other duties as assigned.
What great looks like
Previous restaurant, Food & Beverage, hotel, bar, café, hospitality, or outlet operations experience preferred.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within hospitality or restaurant operations preferred.
Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, cash handling, food safety procedures, and hospitality service standards.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Positive attitude with a hands-on, service-focused leadership approach.
Food Handler Certification, TIPS Certification, or alcohol service certification preferred where applicable.
A passion for hospitality, teamwork, guest engagement, and creating exceptional dining experiences.
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and event support as needed.
