What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' health, comfort, and quality of life by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Helping create positive experiences for residents and their families
What We're Looking For
- Current CNA certification in the State of Washington
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide exceptional care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is welcomed but not required
