Join Our Team and Make an Impact in the World of Digital Advertising

We're growing our Limassol team and looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager / User Acquisition Manager to own and optimize advertising campaigns across some of the world's most impactful platforms, TikTok, Meta, X, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, and more. You'll manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end, from strategy through execution to reporting, and be the go-to expert your clients rely on for results.

This is a true multiplatform role, no single-platform silos, working with an international client portfolio with strong ties to Eastern Europe and the CIS region, so fluent Russian is essential alongside English.

What You'll Do:

Launch, monitor, and personally run advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, this is a hands-on role, not an oversight or agency-management position.

Own a portfolio of clients on average, working either in a fully-managed capacity (strategy, execution, reporting) or as a strategic consultant depending on the account.

Manage relationships with high-value clients, offering strategic recommendations to maximize performance.

Build advanced audience segmentation using 1st- and 3rd-party data and implement top-tier retargeting strategies.

Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for campaign wrap-ups and client billing.

Collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and client success teams to deliver seamless service.

Contribute to strategy for new ad formats, emerging media, and innovative campaign tactics.

Serve as an in-house expert on ad platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

What you need for this role:

2-3+ years of hands-on experience actually running and optimizing campaigns yourself, in your own ads accounts, not just briefing or overseeing an agency. Backgrounds as a User Acquisition Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or Ad Operations Specialist (in-house or agency-side) are all a great fit.

Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Microsoft Ads, or Yandex.

Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and social media dynamics.

Experience with pixel setup, mobile tracking, and app marketing analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

Fluent English and Russian (written and verbal).

Comfortable working from our Limassol office full-time (this role is on-site only).

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 32,000.

In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
