Position Summary:

Total Base Pay Range: 84,174.00 - 131,522.00 CAD Annual

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Oversee HR programs across Canada.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
• Manage complex employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Drive performance management and compensation programs.
• Lead change management and transformation initiatives.
• Coach and develop HR team members.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience in Human Resources.
• 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting international or multi-country operations.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law.
• HR certification such as CHRP/CHRL/SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP/SPHR/PHR, or CIPD is an asset.
