As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new workflows and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives. The role demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business goals with technological capabilities through clear and effective process design.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their understanding of business processes and project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve complex business processes.
- Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and integration concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
