Summary:
As a ServiceNow BPC, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements and validate process designs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting business processes and creating clear, actionable process maps.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to accurately capture business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
