We aim to resolve challenges for corporate clients through the provision of Rakuten Mobile and other Group assets, while maximizing revenue across the Rakuten Group's corporate business.

With the rapid growth of Rakuten Mobile's corporate business, the volume of data and the complexity of our service models are increasing. We are recruiting new members to shift toward a structure capable of handling more robust "construction, maintenance, and operation of data infrastructure." To strengthen the systemic foundation that supports business expansion and accelerate the delivery of data directly linked to field operations, we are seeking individuals who can drive progress from both technical and business perspectives.

Position Details
We are looking for a member to be responsible for sales planning and the construction/operation of data infrastructure within the Rakuten Mobile Business Division.
This is a role that drives management decision-making through data. Rather than just reporting figures, you will be responsible for tasks that move the business forward, ranging from "designing and building practical data infrastructure" to "optimizing sales activities."

Work Environment
Team composition: 2 members (A small, elite team where members work with a high degree of autonomy.)

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Highly motivated to learn new things and proactive in taking on unfamiliar challenges.

- Practical experience (1+ years) in building and utilizing data infrastructure using BI tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI).

- Logical and clear presentation skills using PowerPoint.

- Ability to communicate smoothly with relevant stakeholders and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.

Desired Qualifications:

- Professional experience using any programming language (Language is not specified).

* We welcome those who can leverage this to automate data processing or accelerate the acquisition of new tools.

- Experience in leading projects or taking the initiative to involve other departments to drive operations.

- Practical experience in budget management or handling financial figures utilizing accounting knowledge.
