As a Business Manager, you'll join our PSS Tech team, supporting business operations and helping leadership teams stay focused on delivering value.

You will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support across various business activities while working closely with local and international stakeholders. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Working alongside leaders and colleagues across ING's global network, you'll help drive smooth operations, effective communication, and continuous improvement across the team.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and support day-to-day business and operational activities.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to leadership teams.
• Manage calendars, meetings, communications, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, team communications, and business updates.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-through on key deliverables.
• Support governance activities, planning sessions, and team-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate with local and international stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Help improve ways of working and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Support team engagement activities and organizational priorities.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Business Support Officer, Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, Business Operations professional, Operations Coordinator, Administrative Officer, Business Manager, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively to various audiences.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manages responsibilities.
• Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of service management processes.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Exposure to project coordination or operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
