About us  
 
RCI Insurance Ltd and RCI Life Ltd aim to provide insurance solutions to customers of Mobilize Financial Services’ (within Renault Group) automobile financing business and are authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority to conduct the business of insurance.

The company offers a comprehensive range of financing and related services for car customers of Renault Group. Backed by an international network, the company has established itself in Malta to deliver and service a portfolio of protection insurance products in a number of European Countries.
 
In order to strengthen its existing team, the Company is seeking a ‘BI developer’ who will report functionally to the Head of IT. 
. 
 
🔍What will you do? 

 Data architecture implementation and design
•    Create and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehousing.
•    Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
•    Support the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, and training.
•    Build and maintain data models to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of the data. Manage database performance, security, and integrity.
•    Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources into a usable form for business analysis.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•    Provide ongoing support and training to users on BI tools and data analytics.
•    Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing BI solutions to enhance functionality and incorporate new data sources or analytics capabilities.
•    Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the data used for analysis. Implement data governance policies and practices.
 
🎓Who are we looking for? 

•    3+ years of work experience in business intelligence
•    Bachelor’s degree in IT/Math/Engineering or equivalent
•    Experience with ETL development (extractions, TDM, data load, aggregation, tools like Talend, Pentaho, SSIS, informatics, etc.). 
•    Experience with database using MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle. 
•    Experience in working with Power BI, Spotfire,Business Objects or similar tools  
•    Experience in tools such as: SSIS, Talend, QlikView or similar enterprise tools
•    Manages ETL packages for specific domains
•    Understanding of DWH concepts 
•    Knowledge of BCBS239 can be considered as an asset.
•    Ability to build dashboards independently
