Our People Function Graduate Programme is an opportunity to build your career at the intersection of people, business and technology.

As part of People Services & Solutions (PSS), you’ll gain experience across different areas of HR, which may include talent management, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, contribute to meaningful projects and build a strong foundation for your future career.

You’ll also have opportunities to develop your understanding of HR technology, AI-enabled solutions, people analytics and process improvement, while collaborating with colleagues across functions, cultures and locations.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for curious, collaborative individuals who are excited to learn and make an impact. You don’t need to have everything figured out or be an HR expert from day one.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Curiosity about people, business and technology
• An analytical mindset and interest in using data to solve problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Openness to new ideas and different perspectives
• An interest in technology, AI and new ways of working
• The ability to adapt and manage changing priorities

What we are looking for

• A strong academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields) 
• To be eligible you must be a graduate who has completed your studies in 2026 or a final year undergraduate or Master’s student and have completed all the requirements of your course before summer 2027. The original programme is structured as a 12-month development journey and includes rotations, mentoring, learning, networking and career-development opportunities.
