WHAT WE DO & WHAT YOU HAVE
ビジネスデベロップメント（インサイドセールス）は、大企業企業（エンタープライズ）、および中堅中小企業（コマーシャル）に対し、様々なデータを活用し、市場分析をしながら、理想的と思われるターゲットを見つけ出し、電話、メール、SNS、ダイレクトメールなどを活用し、案件の種を発掘します。
BDR は、経営幹部や役職者の方とビジネス、およびマーケティング上の課題についてハイレベルな会話を行います。望ましい人物像は目標志向で達成欲が強く、几帳面で細かいところまで粘り強く、チームと常にポジティブな姿勢で対話し、自分のマネジャーやリーダーからの指示がなくとも、セルフスターターで意欲を持って業務に望める人材です。
このポジションは直販営業としての昇進機会があり、個人の業績によりインセンティブが支払われます。
- 標準のオペレーションやプロセスを学習し、実行し、新たな案件を見つけ出す。
- 営業とチームを組み、戦略を立て、実行し、高い生産性の維持に向け継続的に改善する。
- ターゲット企業の経営幹部、役職者を案件に関与させる。
- ビジネスニーズについて経営幹部、役職者とのディスカッションの場を設ける。
- 興味を持った見込み顧客のパイプラインを管理、および維持する。
