Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create meaningful business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives is a key aspect, which involves developing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical projects. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery is an integral part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to successful completion.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
