What would you do? • : • Supplier Warranty Recovery (SWR) is a business service that helps Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) recover warranty costs from suppliers responsible for defective components that fail during the machine warranty period. The service combines technical claim assessment, supplier negotiations, warranty agreement management, analytics, and recovery operations to minimize warranty spend and improve supplier. • You will be a part of Supply Chain Management team where in you will be accountable to manage the Supply Chain and provide insights which will help in increasing efficiency by doing away with waste and facilitating greater profits It also involves management of the flow of goods and services and including all processes that transform raw materials into final products • • • What are we looking for: • We are looking for professionals with experience in warranty claim management, supplier recovery, technical failure analysis, supplier negotiations, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should be capable of assessing warranty claims, determining supplier liability, interpreting warranty agreements, conducting root cause analysis, managing supplier

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential to max.
